The debt collector has an attorney. Shouldn't you have one also?

Attorney LaMya Henry

GRC4619-HENRY, LaMya A. - '00375550.JPG

LaMya focuses her practice on representing individuals being sued by debt collectors.   She works with people who have experienced a financial setback.  A setback can result from a number of events such as a job loss, illness, divorce, cut in pay or it may stem from being financially overextended.

When being sued for a debt, many people ignore the lawsuit or they show up in court without an attorney.  This frequently results in judgments or settlements that are favorable to the creditor.

LaMya does not have a one size fits all approach in representing clients.  She understands that clients are unique and that they have different needs.  She works diligently to obtain the best results for each client's unique circumstances.  She is accessible and attentive to the needs of all of her clients.
